Helpful Tips

• If you forgot your username or password,
  please refer back to your welcome email on file.
• If you don't remember your username or password,  click "Forgot Password" and you will be sent an email reminder to the email address that is on file.  From the email please copy and paste exactly what is in the system. 
• If you get an error message or an access denied message, please refer to the previous step.   
• Make sure there are NO blank spaces in username or password.   Blank spaces can result in processing errors.
