Any insured benefits included in the UCA Membership are NOT MAJOR MEDICAL or COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH COVERAGE and is neither Minimum Essential Coverage under the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) nor is it Workers’ Compensation Insurance under state law. The insurance benefits are limited and include a pre-existing medical conditions limitation.
It is important that you review your fulfillment materials for details on your benefits and your responsibility when submitting a claim.

It is your responsibility to view your plan details. You have 30 days to view your benefits to be certain they fit your needs. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your plan and receive a refund within the first 30 days.
You will receive a refund in the first 30 days (provided that you have no paid claims).
